Rector Audi gave me a call to apologize and promised to send a check to cover the rental car amount. However, the check was only sent after they had posted their response to Revdex.com and another follow-up call from me.

I did get my $128. Thank you.
I don't actually think the Revdex.com complaint did it though. I finally had to have Audi of America call the dealership. That is what finally got things moving I believe.
I consider this matter settled (after only >7 months).
