Could not find any way to get an update on the processing of my order on the website so I called the phone number on the site. I left a message requesting a status of my order. Two days later I received a call in which the caller said "Hi, yeah, I had missed a call from this number." Really! How about the detailed message I left?
He could not tell me what the status was other than "it was picked", had no idea when it would ship or when it would arrive.
I recommend some customer service classes and a better business model.

Rec Tec is selling There smoker grills Knowing the alarms for their grill and probes are not working properly or in my case not at all I have the RT590 they have not put anything on their site to let you know what's going on they Just keep selling them knowing their is a problem I've seen on other forms now this is a big problem For several people who own these smokers grills It's not just one certain phone app not working I didn't find out how bad this was until after my 30 day warranty when I 1st started reading other forms that this has been going on for a while the reason I bought.this smoker is to use the alarms.
