Review: This complaint involves my voluntary participation in a consumer survey conducted via phone and online regarding patients diagnosed with COPD and chronic brochitis. I was recruited for this study back on 09/**/2013 and participated in and completed the study on 09/**/2013 which the incentive for completing the study was $125 visa gift card. Even though when I was recruited into the study by [redacted], it was never mentioned when I was to receive the incentive, but since I have done projects with other market research firm and already knew that the payment time frame for these type studies is anywhere between two to four weeks, at least that has been my experience with these type studies, but since then I've contacted Linda by email twice and each time was told that I would receive the incentive for this particular study in four to six weeks. I have the signed consent form I emailed to [redacted] on 09/**/2013 and I also was contacted by [redacted] at ###-###-#### on Sunday 09/**/2013 and we did preliminary exercise for the study.Desired Settlement: I would like for Recruiting Resources LLC to honor our signed agreement and mail incentive to my address which I furnished them at time of recruitment to the study which is [redacted] or send to my [redacted] or at least explain to me why six weeks has passed and I have yet to receive anything from them. I fullfilled my agreement with them, now they should full fill their agreement to send incentive for my participation in this project.
