Recreonics

I purchased a pool vacuum in 2021from Recreonics. They sent me a pool vacuum, but was later notified they delivered the wrong vacuum? They came back to retrieve it and I gave them the $3000 vacuum back as a sign of good faith. They then sent me another vacuum, but it did not work. Instead of taking the unit back, Recreonics told me I had to take it to the company that makes the motor for repair! Except the motor on the invoice was a different, more inferior motor installed and not the one I ordered! They kept promising me they would correct the problem, but several weeks have gone by and they are not returning my emails or calls. I want to get an attorney and the BBB involved so this company does not do this to other customers and file a lawsuit against Recreonics.
