My father-in-law's vehicle was repossessed by this company I contacted the company to determine how to obtain his belongings back Initially spoke to ***, who put my through to the main owner/manager, *** *** was very empathetic to our situation, very helpful, and very professional She answered all of my questions, ensured that our belongings would all still be at their location as they were inventoried and stored there I appreciated working with them and we did recover all of his things without a hassle Thank you *** and ***

I am with [redacted] Auto Finance. Your service is provided to us by one of our forwarding companies- [redacted]
The experience that we had with your company has been horrendous. My representatives, the reps w/ Mill and myself have endured over 45 minutes hold calls, with no success.
Either your office is closed for most of the business day or everyone is out of the office. We have been trying to call your office since Wed. 3/30th and in 6 days, have been able to speak with 2 of your reps.
Nancy, who for no apparent reason hung up on my representative, and failed to get all the information; and Robin, who so far, has been the only one to assist us.
Our customer has been at your lot twice, after we were told that someone was there, and to no surprise, no one showed up. After an hour of waiting, our customer left.
I am not sure what your business core values are but you might want to revisit them.
