I purchased the bike after Jared answered my question about shipping times. I was told it was shipped within 7 days. After seven days I asked about the delay and they said 10 days. Several promised shipping dates were given to me after that and they still haven't shipped it. After several emails and phone calls they sent me a tracking number that was not yet in Fedex system. I purchased the bike on April 18th 2020. I'd like to get the bike but if they can't ship it I'd like my money back. $1795.

This customer received the bike a week later than we originally were expecting. Obviously COVID-19 put a monkey wrench in all logistics and we made this crystal clear to him and send him numerous emails. In addition, the manufacturer of the product reached out to Mr. as well explaining the delays that were happening due to the pandemic.
