in January I bought a $Sofabed from them - manufactured by Klaussner, Ashevile, NC - had almost immediate issues with Seat Cushions - Customer Service at Sofabed Cowas pretty lax...............now in Aug the steel Support Spring under the Seating Area broke despite the fact that bed had only been opened once and never beat up at all - of course the $Sofabed came with a ONE year warrantee...............and now The Sofabed Company??
