Review: I purchased exactly this from this company:

Pro Access • $29.90

1 Year Unlimited Search Pass

& Complete Background Check

What I received? A bunch of names and locations to choose from. When I clicked on the name I wished to research, it took me to a page asking me for another 29.95 to complete the background check. I am only asking for the 19.95 back, as that was what a "complete background check" was worth. I was unable to get the full details as to what the "search pass" included, so I was taking a risk there. I raised my complaint to the company and they said that any in-depth information was additional money and this was clear; however, that was not the case at all... what was the 20 dollars for then, if not for one time access to one full background check. I feel completely ripped off.

Here was their email response:

To access the Unlimited Search Menu, please log into your RecordsWatch.org members’ area. On the left-hand side near the top or bottom of the screen you will find the Unlimited Search Menu. You may perform these searches as often as you like, at your own convenience.
