My review is a two fold complaint.#1. You do not have a complaint format.
#2. My major complaint is about your sports section.This is Sat. 4-8.I open the paper to get the Fri night baseball scores and all I see is the Giants story. There is not another baseball story or even the scores,not even Oakland. This is BASEBALL SEASON! THIS THE TIME YOU PRINT SCORES,GAME STORIES AND STANDINGS.Are you that incompetent and inexperienced? Your bragging about all of the changes you have made.They suck.The major change that needs to be made is the hiring of a staff that knows what they're doing. I'm done with you. I won't cancel my subscription because I won't give you the satisfaction of keeping my money,but when it expires don't bother sending me a renewal.

Review: Purchased one year subscription for $150 - then was informed that the price was $239 - I consider this a typical "bait & switch" situation. 4 calls were made to circulation. 3 were made directly to [redacted]. None were responded to. A request for information of the publishers superiors was denied / not known. It is sad to see how this otherwise good business has deteriorated over the last years. They have good writers. Now treat your customers with some courtesy!Desired Settlement: Honor their contract for 5 years and reasonable compensation for my time...

There was an error made at the time of order entry on this customer's account the wrong code was used on her subscription type. Our records indicate she requested to cancel her subscription on 9/7/2013 with a reason of "changed mind". We show no notes regarding her "bait & switch" allegations or any of her calls to our office unreturned. We are happy to fulfill the one year subscription at the rate she initially paid, to date we've refunded her money as requested.
