Reconstruction Experts was notified by this resident and the community association manager that nails were found in the areaWe responded by increasing our clean up protocol, and we made sure to check the area multiple times for nails Reconstruction Experts makes every effort to maintain a
safe and clean work environment, and appreciates any issues being brought to our attention

Ms*** is not our client in this matter. Reconstruction Experts, Incwas contracted by the HOA to investigate possible hail damage to roofs in the community, and is working with the HOA's insurance carrier to determine whether there will be an insurance claim or whether some other remedy
will be prescribed. Reconstruction Experts has made some interim repairs at various locations while this investigation is ongoing at the direction of the HOA. Apparently, Ms*** employs her own property manager. As we have been retained by the HOA and not Ms***'s manager, we are precluded from responding as we are unaware of the HOA's policy for direct communication with third party property management companies.If Ms*** has an active leak, she should contact the property manager for her HOA. Should the HOA ask us to commence repairs at that point, we will be happy to do so.Best Regards
