We are a management company hired by the owner of this property as of September 15, 2015. We were not involved with the property prior...
to this date. The complaint is from a tenant who is currently 2.5 months behind on rent and is at risk of eviction. During our treatment for pests last week, there were no signs of roaches in her unit. Leases may not be broken without approval of the owner which is not currently authorized.

The water heater was repaired on 11/6/15, the interior burner assembly, thermocouple and pilot ignition were replaced. The tenant called...
on monday to report the water heater not working. We explained the pilot light needed lighting, he is older and didn't want to light the pilot. We came to the property and lit the pilot light and waited 30 minutes to see the water heater remained lit, which it did. At that time I scheduled with the tenant for repairs to the light switch and front door on friday which he agreed was ok. He also said he was able to have his family help with lighting the pilot light if it occurred again. The tenant has not called in a repair request since our visit on 11/10/15.
