I hired Recon Tree Care to trim some trees in my back yard. They used a truck to get to the trees and this truck caused damage to my neighbor's sprinkler system. Charlotte water was called about the damage and they came to inspect the damage. Recon Tree Care agreed to pay for the damage to my neighbor's sprinkler system, at the time the damage occurred. This damage occurred on 12/4/19. There has been a lot of communication back and forth with my neighbor and Recon Tree Care about the payment for this damage caused by Recon Tree Care. To date, the payment of $560.00 has not been received for the repair of my neighbor's sprinkler system.

Billing Adjustment Recon Tree care should pay the invoice of $560.00 for the damage they made to the sprinkler system of my neighbor.
The matter has been paid since last week.
