The customer is correct that the manufacturer did not ship this unit to us as originally promised We did receive the snowblower on Jan 18th and contacted the customer on the same day On Jan 20th, the customer came in and picked up the snowblower I talked to the customer and he is happy with his snowblower and was just frustrated that it was late, which I understand where he was coming from I believe this is all resolved to both parties satisfaction
