I have been dealing with S [redacted] for a bit now and he has expressed his issues with his air conditioner We have come to an agreement and now he is pursuing a different avenue I have tried to help him in every way as well as the [redacted] representative He does not get a new unit just because he wants one His repeated analogy of purchasing something from [redacted] that is broken or damaged and him being able to take it to the store to exchange it, completely proves that he does not have an understanding of products purchased with a warranty That warranty is in place to repair the equipment in the case of a failure That is the case here From our discussions, he accepted the offer from the manufacturer to extend his warranty to years on all parts from years on all parts as well as an extension of his labor warranty from year to years I find the extension of the warranty from [redacted] was above and beyond what could have been expected They did not have to do that for ***, but they did it to restore his faith in their brand and to make him happy Any other manufacturer that we deal with would have done the ***e up until extension of the warranty Most brands would not have done that He is completely out of line when he makes the statement that someone is avoiding him He lives around the block from our location and has been to the shop many timesThere is nothing we can rewire to quiet the unit down The operation of the equipment is perfectly fine He did not want to spend a whole lot of money and even wanted more off the cost of the job when he was offered this package He had options right from the beginning and chose to go the cheaper route Noise level was discussed before anything was installed The unit he currently has is not a noisy system I encourage you to do a field inspection with us at the property and you will see that his complaint is not accurate Outside of what we do, the manufacturer makes the decisions on warranty repairs We do not write ***'s policy regarding the warranty guidlines This is not [redacted] and we have no warranty exchange available on any equipment As far as ***'s equipment, the warranty repair has been fulfilled and is completed [redacted] does not currently have any problems with air flow, degree of cooling, or noise He needs to quit this harassment and slander.Thank you and have a great day
