Recall Total Information Management

This is a horrible, horrible company!! There customer service is extremely poor to where its none existent. There website is a mess. When our company first signed onto a contract with them that did a lot of "oh ya, we can do that no problem" and they are have over promised and way under delivered!
They told us their website is like using Amazon.com, DO NOT BELIEVE THAT! It is a mess! When you want to look into details about orders that were sent and received from them on the website in your portal, they have no details and they don't even have records of pieces of a large shipment we sent them... not only that when we requested something specific from one of the cartons (file box) that is being stored at their facility they sent me an email saying how they couldn't locate it, which I know we didn't request that file so we were wondering and worried on where it went and so we ordered the entire carton to double check their work and behold, it was in there the whole time they didn't double check their work and we literally had to pay the price. The price they charge of not finding it, and the cost having to ship the entire carton to our facility.
Be very aware of how they nab you! They look cheap, but they will nickel and dime you for everything! They even "upgraded" our service without our approval to where it would be $200 additional per month. When we called to cancel it the gal on the phone said she wouldn't because we haven't fully appreciated their service.
If you are looking for a storage facility for important documents DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Pay a little more for the customer service you will be glad you did and not stuck in a contract like us!
