I finally got contacted by the correct rebound finance group based in florida they are unprofessional to say the least and I don't trust my information with them at all but they did finally get back to me you can close the complaint and I appreciate your help [redacted]
To Whom It May Concern: In response to the Billing/Collection issue, the customer(s) defaulted on their loan with Rebound Financial, and the property securing the loan was repossessed on 12/13/The collateral was sold, but the amount of the sale was not enough to satisfy the debtAs of today 's date, the account is still 1,days past due, and there is .a current deficiency balance owing on the account in the amount of $1,Rebound Financial did not sue either party for the deficiency balance The information being reported to TransUnion is accurate and correctThe debt was incurred before the customers were divorc ed,and Rebound Financial is under no legal obligation to remove or change the way the account is being reported The customer(s) may at any time pay off the deficiency balance,and that would then change the information that is being reported form a Repossession to a Paid Repossession Thank You, Candie H [redacted] Branch Manager Rebound Financial Services, LLC
