the smaller unit but did not have a vacant larger unit, he said he wanted the larger unit.  If he was unhappy with the unit he should have told us right away and we could have easily switched him to the smaller unit .  I do understand there were a few maintenance repair items needed but we did the repairs promptly.The gym door was broken but has been repaired.Evelyn H[redacted]Managing Director of Property Management
