Rebel Smoke

In an attempt to quit smoking I purchased an E-cigarette kit.The battery died in less than 24 hours.I returned to the store and was told that it was my fault, but was given a less expensive replacement battery.The replacement did not work after the first recharging, approximately three days after receipt.I returned to the store and was told "I cannot help you," apparently by [redacted].When I stated that I was aware of another person that had a similar experience with him and told him to keep the faulty replacement battery, he ordered me out of the store following me, saying loudly from the sidewalk in front of the door "I strongly suggest that you don't come back here," as I drove away.The kit cost more than sixty dollars, and, upon purchase, when I asked, I was told that there had been no problems with them.Product_Or_Service: Rebel Ego-VV kit-rebel Ego Kit2Desired SettlementI would accept replacement of the original battery, but, because it broke during my attempt to get it to work after if failed, I would accept a replacement of the replacement.However, because I know someone else that had the same experience, I believe that the rebel smoke store sells inferior products, then, it seems, when the products fail and the rebel smoke [redacted] is confronted, he bullies the customers. Consequently I would prefer a refund.
