DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are a major scam that will take your money and never send your product!!!!!

Buyers beware!!! I ordered a pillow from these jokes and it had many defects and issues. Unfortunately, because I fell for the cool products I ordered again. This time, I spent over $130! After waiting 2 weeks, I emailed them requesting an update. They stated they were having delays because of COVID19. No problem. However, they still haven't shipped my items. I called at least 10 times and left voicemails on 3 different phone numbers! Emailed two different email addresses and texted them to which I never received a response. Once I finally texted them again with a refund request I received a response. I received a response stating that the individual is "not the da*n company" and to contact someone else, they called me a bch and a white racist and an ahole. Very disrespectful and rude! Cursed at me and called me names. I REPEAT... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! I will reporting them as fraudulent and disputing the charge.

Complete lack of customer service. Ordered several items, when they arrived the most expensive item, a ring was NOT in the box.
Repeated efforts to contact these people for resolution have been in vain. No reply, no refund, no replacement? This company is a total fraud and joke! Buyer Beware!!

I had placed three orders with this company, and on the last order what I received was not what I ordered. I contacted the company nine times trying to get the company to correct the issue, all to no avail. I would advise all interested customers to buyer beware.

Order merchandise on Aug 3rd it was paid for on the 3rd, the order still says unfilled, there our not returning any of my messages, want my merchandise or refund plz
