The original job was completed and paid in full per the boyfriend/husbands requestHe gave full detail of how the items were to be alteredThis is the second job we did for the customerThe were ready for pick up later the same day as the t shirts were dropped offI received a call a couple of days later that she wanted more done to the shirtsI explained then that we completed the job as instructed by the boyfriendBut if she would like we could re alter the tees for herHe dropped them off a couple of days laterHer and his words were take your time no rushI explained that I have jobs that were scheduled before hers and I would fit it in between jobsI also explained that I have had some medical issues that have been prolonging my completion of workShe claimed to understandI then explained that usually we charge a additional fee for re alters and she agreedI then explained since it was her boyfriends mistake and since we did not set a time frame and the additional re alter would not be that much more detailed I would just do it for herShe agreedSince then she has harassed me and my husbands phoneAnd my daughter explained to her that I was in the hospital and with no regard she continued to harass my place of businessWe will gladly mail her the items back as she is not welcomed at our place if businessAfter receiving harassing text messages while I'm in a medical Facility I consider her to be a threat to my business and my well beingAnd if this continues I will file chargesWe will mail items to address that is linked to this complaintIt also clearly states no refunds on signage in our shopItems will be sent in in the condition of original order that was placedThank you

Hello, reference to complaint I filled about never being receivedThe outcome states the business was to sent my items back to me
I haven't received my items and wondering if you can help me
The items were my personal blouse bought outside the business and they were suppose to customer make by making opening on the back and making my blouses sleevelessI had paid for the custom makeStill never received my itemsI would appreciate if something can be doneThey have my blouses and kept the money I paid
