The damaged piece is being replaced with a brand new itemThe new item has been ordered and the customer understands that it will be 3-weeks for the manufacturer to deliver the new item to usAs soon as we get it we will contact the customer and arrange for the switch-out

wanted to renew that lease agreement. If he wants to renew the lease that payment will need to be made and we are willing to give him his $20.16 store credit at that time. We are also willing to review that lease agreement with him in the store so he understands both his rights and responsibilities.
I did review we all did I don't say you can go on our protpety like your drivers did and look in our vehicle on privete property and it does not say you can over charge us and I said about makeing payment after we get taxes and the denied so you will lose business and they are very disrespectful on the phone there trying tell me I own them over $215 so I let ppl not to go to Aaron's go to rent a center
