I am rejecting this response because:
I cannot reply to this complaint directly for some reason. This issue is still not resolved - I was supposed to have an agent come out to the house this Monday...

(1/2/2017) to blend out the grout to the correct color. This was arranged with Mike over the phone during the week prior (Tuesday 12/27/2016) for Sergio to perform the work. No one showed up to the house the entire day, with no phone call or other arrangements. I am very tired of trying to get this schedule, and hope someone can reply to this issue ASAP.Thank you,[redacted]
