When my mother’s shower diverter failed, I contacted Re-Bath for help believing they had performed the original renovation As it turns out, they did not do the original job However, that did not stop them from being willing to help us They came out the same day and fixed another company’s failed product and for a fair price I am truly humbled by the care and concern shown to me on behalf of my mom The technician that came out was professional and friendly He showed my mother and her home great care and respect It has been a long time since a company has “WOWED” me, but Re-Bath did I highly recommend them As a single woman trying to be the primary care-giver to an aging parent, it has given me such a sense of relief to have this problem fixed, and to not feel taken advantage of because I don’t know plumbing This team of people can be trusted
