On 9-27-16 the [redacted] did sign 2 separate contracts . They did give us a $ 4,000.00 deposit.   The next day they cancelled one contract . They told bill to keep the $ 4000.00.deposit applied for the open contract   On 10/18 or there about the [redacted] called to cancel there...

second contract with us.  They were informed that they could not cancel as the 3 day right to cancel had lapsed on 10/3/16. [redacted] never tried to contact me. They spoke to Bill on 10/28/16 and  on 10/28/16 when I returned to the office I called them to resolve the issue. I spoke to the [redacted] today 10/28 and will be refunding  $ 2000.00.
