After all my cash back was finally available to cash out, I submitted my request on 8/4/22 via PayPal. On 8/10/22 it was finally approved for payment but minutes later I got another email saying my deposit bounced. What?! No explanation why…I provided the correct PayPal account so why can’t you transfer the money correctly? I made sure my PayPal account is working properly and resubmitted my PayPal request. Now I have to wait multiple days again to see if I’ll get my money?! This makes me not trust the site. I’ll be going back to Rakuten if we can’t get this resolved quickly. I shouldn’t be forced to change my payout method. I want cash not gift cards.
