Realty Title was very disappointing to deal with. We did not receive a copy of the preliminary HUD until an hour before settlement and the numbers were incorrect. Not only is their fee structure expensive for the seller, but the quality of service received was well below satisfactory. We didn't receive a wire transfer until several days after the closing.
Complete amateur hour. I would not recommend anyone at this company and would strongly advise any seller to insist on a different title company. If your selling agent is recommending them, I would ask why and demand a different title company. My agent and I have a strong suspicion that they have a "unique" relationship with F[redacted] Realty.
