Revdex.com Case#***
Dear The Dispute Resolution Team,
We were notified about sewer backup problem form the tenant (*** ***) and sent a plumber not only once but twice to resolve the matter
According to the plumber, there are many things that cause a sewer backup such as putting grease down your garbage disposal or household drainIt will solidify, collect debris and accumulate in city lines, or build up in your own sewer service lineAnd flushing disposable diapers, sanitary napkins, or paper towels down the toilet could stop up your drains and may damage your plumbing system
Our Lease agreement indicates that Landlord will not pay to repair the following items unless caused by landlord’s negligence: conditions caused by Tenant, an Occupant, or any guest or Invitee of Tenant(See the attached Lease Agreement page 10)Although my tenant (*** ***) could cause the sewer backup, we fixed it for him without any charge
Also, our manager (***) did not ask the tenant to move outHe notified the tenant that he will not renew the lease which will expire on Jun, According to Lease agreement, tenant will pay Landlord monthly rent in the amount of $for each full month during this lease (see page 2) by June,
All the supporting documents are attached
Thank you,
