Unfortunately, every time I have called or visited this office, the staff has not performed well and the customer service was inadequate because they seemed rush or annoyed that I am asking questions regarding my new homeI am disappointed because every time I call to ask simple questions one of the staff is obviously irritated I am asking them any questionsSome of the simple questions and I am assuming commons questions I have asked are as follows: terms of the re-let, what the difference is between my building manager and Realty & Mortgage (who will be handling my maintenance requests), mopolicies and procedures, monthly payment options for rent and lastly what my options are to move-inPlease keep in my mind, I am a working professional (not a student) who has paid October rent and how has never had a problem renting with leasing organizations untilI suggest that you only rent here if you absolutely are in a bind or cannot find anything else to rent
