Review: I contracted for 12 hours of continuing education online as required by the state for license renewal. Service was by one company while billing another. While trying to get tech support a few hours into the course I tried calling them, turns out it was not their number despite two attempts....with same menu both times, different results each time and neither being the correct party. So I tried emailing them from the original inquiries and did not hear back from them right away.....until I emailed that I had contacted my credit card company and the [redacted]. Then I started getting emails back and a rather unpleasant gentleman called me from a private number. Shady to say the least!Desired Settlement: Refund and investigation into their legitimacy since people are trying to get mandatory hours to renew their licenses. They claim to be a school.
