Realty Executives Pro Brokers

Complaint is for Paul H[redacted], Becky H[redacted] and Shari H[redacted] of Realty Executives of [redacted], **. Shari H[redacted] - Numerous ethics violations including breach of duty by failure to act in the best interest of her client. Breach of contract failing to perform under terms of the contract. Disclosing confidential information. Threats, intimidation, harassing emails and texts. Mrs. H[redacted] completely disregarded all her fiduciary duties to the point of throwing me to the wolves. Paul H[redacted] - Since the broker is the party that actually owes clients a fiduciary duty, and the real estate agent (Mrs. H[redacted]) acts on his behalf I expected Mr. H[redacted] to step in when Mrs. H[redacted] would not. Paul H[redacted] is the Managing Broker at this office. His duty is not only to uphold his own code of ethics and law abiding standards but to ensure that his agents do the same! Above all else, a managing broker is responsible (and liable) for ensuring his agents do not do anything unethical or illegal! I was surely disappointed when I began to encounter the same unethical treatment from someone who is supposed to be a voice of reason, accountability and sound judgement. Becky H[redacted]- For reasons still unbeknownst to me Mrs. H[redacted] imposed herself into the situation beginning with a harassing and degrading phone call. Emails and text messages from Mrs. H[redacted] continued with her patronizing, and to top it off bold face lies. In my humble opinion these broker/agents should not be allowed to practice any real estate matters until further training.
