At this time, I have been contacted directly by Imperial Signs & Graphics Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Imperial Signs came and made an attemp to repair his work. Still sign DID not work...poor workmanship !! I had to hire another sign company and they completely undid Imperials work and now sign if lite. It is obvious Imperial Sign is not a competent sign installer plus they do not stand behind there work. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!
