We are so disappointed that [redacted] and [redacted] at the time would just have all that septic work done $1425, without asking us first, was just on the closing statement and said if we didn't show on closing we would be in breach of contract .wow ,took almost months for septic - brian to check it out & found the aerator didnt work & replace it then the timmer wouldnt turn off as set ,electrician came out talk to owner of septic coJerry said catherineprevious owner & cindy cSaid to do original $work not us $on [redacted] old house on closing we should also be reimbursed for that, per letter from our HOA co., now we paid the electrician $, get a septic working that we paid $,and the trimmer that doesn't work

Said to do original $1425 work not us . $45 on [redacted]  old house  on closing we should also be reimbursed for that, per letter from our HOA co., now we paid the electrician  $407 , get a septic working that we paid $1425 ,and the trimmer that doesn't work.
