Realty Corner, Inc.

As we have rented from Realty Corner for the past three years, Since 12-26-2012, this organization has refused to fix items on multiple punch lists, we have done multiple repairs to the residence ourselves as we are tired of waiting for items such as sinks, garbage disposals, window screens, multiple fixtures, and electrical outlets to be fixed. As we have done some of the repairs ourselves... we have yet to be reimbursed for our personal expenses on the residence. We have currently moved out of the residence due to harassment by this organization about our complaints... I believe this organization needs to be addressed with their issues about not willing to fix items in a timely matter per NRS statues or even fixing them at all..Thank you.Desired SettlementSince we are still paying rent on the residence we no longer reside at... these items that need to be fixed or have already been replaced need to be compensated for.
