Fitted at store. Worn four times for short duration. Metal side braces tore through fabric at top and bottom on both sides. Clearly defective.Attempted return at Realo on August 27, 2015. Denied; referred to manufacturer. Said they only sell the goods but do not represent the maker.E-mail to manufacturer on August 28 stated the problem; asked for refund; offered to return brace.Reply said: "The procedure for a refund would have to go through the dealer you purchased the item from. We do not deal direct with the public so unfortunately whatever return policy the dealer has in place is what we have to honor with them. With that being said I would reach out to them and see if there is anything they can do to help your situation. Manufacturer is MEDIUSA.
