*** *** I did receive a $adjustmentHowever all I received was an apology over the phone from the business managerI did not receive anything in writing from the businessI don’t want anyone else, any other consumer, to go through the same experienceI would like this complaint to remain on file with Revdex.com and I want it to be published on the Revdex.com siteI am going to pursue further actionI plan on contacting my Insurance company to let them know that this business could have easily charged them for services that were not even neededIn hopes that the Insurance company doesn’t use them or penalize them and delete them as provider from their networkI also disliked that they almost charged me for services that were not neededIn addition, I am no expert with hippa laws but this business’ hygienist came out to the lobby and said that my daughter had five cavities and there was another parent there with kidsI felt embarrassed and I saw my daughters face and she had this shock on her faceI just want you to tell this business that I do not accept their telephone apology and that will be hearing from meI hope that this business practices more ethical behavior in the future or they will end up getting in more troublePlease post any of my messages, complaints , feedback, about this company on your siteThank you
