On this day, he accepted the End User License Agreement (EULA), which is required to create & access the accountOur EULA can be viewed at https://awesome.realeflow.com/Content/Eula/END%20USER%20LICENSE%20AGREEMENT%2005...⇄ [redacted] signed up through a StPatty's Day special offer that included spinning wheel with different prize amounts (iefree months of service).? Mr [redacted] told us that he was shown he won free months, however the account that was created only included month.? After his initial Free days, his account was billed $99/mo.? We became aware of this in February, by Mr [redacted] We have agreed with Mr [redacted] and a check in the amount of $was sent on which our records show was posted on (I have attached a document showing these details.Please let us know if there is anything else we need to do to remove this complaint

Mr. [redacted] told us that he was shown he won 12 free months, however the account that was created only included 1 month. After his initial 30 Free days, his account was billed $99/mo. We became aware of this in February, by Mr. [redacted]. We have agreed with Mr. [redacted] and a check in the amount of $990 was sent on 3.11.2016 which our records show was posted on 3.22.2016 (I have attached a document showing these details.Please let us know if there is anything else we need to do to remove this complaint.
