We had advised [redacted] that the source of his problem was that his fax machine was malfunctioning, and not caused y the fax line that we were providing to his business This was conveyed to him in an email back on 12/28/ This was apparent in that his fax machine was able to send faxes out, but could not receive incoming faxes.But then we did not hear back from him until this month (despite his assertions to the contrary), where he brought up the issue again, and asserted that he had already replaced the fax machine IN testing with his staff, the fax machine was reacting in the same manner, it was able to fax out, just not receive any faxes We dispatched an engineer to his office at no charge to him, and discovered that the fax machine in fact showed on its screen the alert "Replace Drum" I reminded him again that his fax machine was the issue, not our fax line.Just this weekend, he connected his new fax machine, and it is now working both for incoming and outgoing faxes I just notified [redacted] of this Again, we provide the fax line, not the equipment that's connected to it.His remarks about lack of response from our staff is far from true, as can be shown by our records indicating countless calls and emails received and sent to his staff His frustration about the fax not working seems to have exasperated him Since he has upgraded his equipment, we expect everything to be back to againSincerely,Carl N***
