I had the pleasure of being transported by a driver, named Tim. I have tried to request this driver for all of the appts. that I have coming up and [redacted] has ignored my requests for this driver. Tim was on time, called to notify that he was waiting outside and the vehicle that he was in. While driving to the appointment Tim was very friendly and we had a great conversation. Nice to see that there are people who truly enjoy their employment. Can't say enough about this driver!
