Real Value Inn Terrible customers service , also Infested bed bugs and roaches.Cold water no hot water over charging people fraudI been staying at Real Value Inn approximately 7 months. I have been in room that has been infested with bed bugs and roaches, I have been over charged . I have called the heath department to come out here also . They told me that they couldn't do anything about this matter about bed bugs, roaches, no hot water, I will have to call corporate . This Lady that owns this Hotel does not have a corporate. She is the owner. Also she has rude employees that works at her front desk that over charges people on their weekly rooms. Something has to be done about this Hotel. She also has sighns that has one price outside but when you go in to pay she over charges. She also sales loose ciggerets, and other things at her front desk over charging people . One cigarette is .50 one B.C is a dollar. She has gotten over to long someone needs to know about this Hotel. She has elevators that's been down for 3 months she just now fixing it. Desired SettlementI would like half of my money back for being over charged. And she had no hot water , and this lady still over charged . She has moved me out of one room with bed bugs into another room that has been infested with roaches. And I have been charged in one week two times on my credit card for the same room I have been overcharged for staying here period for seven months . I am looking for a lawyer that can take this case because this is ridiculous.Business Response This complainant is has no true base.. This lady gave us trouble throughout her stay. Had boy friend issues and would call police here frequently. Never paid in time, we had to send someone to collect money. Any complaint made by her was always attended to immediately.She was causing too much trouble Finally when she was asked to make payment for her room she said she did not have money to pay..So she left the building and no more stays hereConsumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Only thing I have to say is I have proof. And I have a lawyer, that's on this case. Look how many complaints this lady have on Real Value Inn website.I paid half when she stole out of my account I have all proof. And she is going down!!! She will tell a lie so she won't pay back. This Lady Santos, runs a unclean business and also when I reported my ex boyfriend to not come ove . She don't even have security she has employees still lets him in of course I'm going to call the police. Believe this Real Value Inn is under investigation. I will see to getting my money back. She does illegal stuff . And I do have recordings!
