Review: During their cleaning session, one of the cleaners wiped chemicals on the top of a cedar chest leaving a large stain. I reported it to the company that day and they sent out the cleaning team to see the stain the next week. The company representative agreed that I would get quotations for repair and they would pay for the repairs. I sent the quotation to them and have never heard from them since. The cedar chest was repaired, but no one has responded to my emails or phone calls. I even sent a certified letter, which they refused.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed $795 for the repair of my cedar chest.
