I will not be recommending this company after an extremely rude call back regarding an issue with a subscription question

Review: I am a Realtor Licensed in state of Florida

I subscribed to this company at a cost of $149.00 for 3 month period.

I cancelled this Morning as I am returning to Scotland until November 2015

I sent a fax submitting cancellation and after lengthy searching I eventually found Tel Number 888-897-3726

I duly called to inform them that I had literally just faxed cancellation and left a voice mail.

I am now receiving threatening phone calls cursing at me and stating I am F.......... [redacted] and that they are coming for me!!!!

This is absolutely unacceptable and I am now terrified as they have my Banking Details and my Home Information.

Please acknowledge and advise.Desired Settlement: I do not want my Debit Card billed by this Company and do not wish to have to cancel my card as this would lead to all sorts of inconvenience. [redacted] Tel: [redacted] Off : [redacted]

The person on the phone who represented this company was rude, and totally insulting.

He said I was a computer incompetent. I am a Realtor with a Masters Degree. I don't know any business that would treat a customer or another Realtor like I was treated. I would certainly encourage people not to use this business. Very unprofessional. Shocked by comments this person made to me.
