Real Time Property Management of South Florida

RealTime Property Management engages in unethical billing practices. They are the property management company for my community and without noticed assessed a fee for a "key violation" for which I was never notified. One year later, I was inquiring about paying my quarterly dues and was inadvertantly notified by one of the employees of ReatTime PM that I was overdue paying a fee and therefore had 200% interest owed on top of the fee. I inquired directly with the property manager, ***, as to why I was never invoiced for the fee or told about the violation. She failed to respond to my inquiry which is typical of their business practices.
Failure to invoice me or notify me that a fee had been incurred so that the fee can accrue late fees and interest is unethical and just the tip of the iceberg for RealTime Property Management and their unprofessional and negligent business practices.
