At this time, I have been contacted directly by Real Resort Solutions regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: It has been over a year and Resort Solutions in [redacted] **has fail to refund my money of 4,Dollars! they have taken my money and for what! Review: Nothing was done !!Desired Settlement: nothing they took my money and never did any thing ! they claim the person who was handling my resale did not work there, well its strange how he knew all the information. and had there ID # I am just a hard working person and what so bad about the whole thing is my poor little Daddy that's in a nursing home helped me with the money I paid this cheating company ! God bless their souls , I would hate to be in their shoes. I know I will never get my money back but I hope Resort Solutions Inc. at [redacted] Ms. Raven W[redacted] ! Also any one else that had something to do wit taking my money !!
