I purchased a print (for my son) from this studio via the internet Although not available as an option online, after several emails back and forth, the studio was able to mat and frame the print as wellMy son received the framed print The frame was packaged well However, once opened the glass over the print was cracked I emailed the studio and also included a photo of the frame showing the crack The response I received was "Oh, No!
