My management company chose this place to fix my windows, so I didn't look into them at all. They took days to respond to calls and when my appointment was finally confirmed, no one showed up or called to cancle. Three weeks later [redacted], the [redacted] called to schedule another appointment out of nowhere. By this time another company came, gave an estimate and set up a time to replace my window.
I asked why the repairman didn't come or call and she said, "He didn't come because it was late, I don't know why he didn't call". I told her I found another company to work with due to that and she mumbled, "OKAAAAY, fine" and hung up.
Real Quality Windows is unreliable and has terrible customer service.
