When you work for yourself it is not always easy to get approved to get into a house you can afford. You have to deal with your credit score, down payments and a lot a paperwork. When we looked at our new home, I left feeling like there was no way even though we loved the house, location, just everything. The nice thing about using Property Solvers was that they did solve the issues, Sergio was ready and able to answer any question I had throughout the process, he was there with answers and referrals for anyone we needed to get us through it. They have credit repair people and a whole team of gracious people at their fingertips providing ways around and working with you to accomplish a mutual goal, you in a house you love.
Any hiccups we encountered were all dealt with professionally. Sergio went above and beyond anything expected of him, even a year later when we closed on our home. He's a great guy all around and he tries to look out for all of his clients, both sides.
