In response to the compliant:1. Unfortunately for 2015 , the Arizona Department of Revenue has changed the procedures for filing TPT taxes for certain cities within Maricopa County and one of those cities is El Mirage. As result,...
most property management companies aren't offering to file the taxes for the property owner thereby making the property owner file them on their own. RPM is offering our clients the option to either file them on their own or to have RPM file them for an additional cost. In conclusion, if Mr. [redacted] doesn't want to pay our monthly filing fee he can file them on his own.2. Regarding the carpet, Mr. [redacted] approved our estimate for installing new carpet in his property (we have attached our online portal showing he approved). Mr. [redacted] used his own vendor for other working at the property so if he had concerns with our estimate for the new carpet we have no idea why he approved the work.3. We rented Mr. [redacted]'s property is 15 days and we are uploading an email from him dated Feb 27, 2015 in which he says he is happy with the work of the broker's [redacted] and our Leasing Agent [redacted] however his Revdex.com complaint states that the problem began on February 13, 2015. Additionally, in the email dated Feb 27, 2015 Mr. [redacted] is complaining about "paying" for management fees for the month of February however per his executed management agreement page 3 the management fee is MONTHLY.4. Lastly we are uploading an email that Mr. [redacted] sent to his previous property manager when he decided to cancel services with them to switch to RPM. As you can see Mr. [redacted] also had an issue with them and threatened that "he forwarded a compliant to the Arizona Department of Real Estate" and you will notice that the broker of that property management responded by saying "we are delighted to sever this agreement with you."In conclusion, it appears that Mr. [redacted] will not be happy with anyone's property management services including ours. As a result, he can choose to terminate his contract early as per page 4 and pay early termination fees.RPM Mgmt Team
The legally titled property owners of the subject property located at [redacted], [redacted] have determined that the repairs were done in a professional manner by licensed contractors and as such will not be paying for additional contractors to review the work.
Unfortunately RPM does not have any ownership in the property and are just as frustrated with the property owner as the tenant as we provided them with an estimate for the repair on 5.19.16 and have been following up with them daily to check the status. We have also asked the property owner if...
they would like to offer a credit however given the property has two AC units and one is function just fine they may not authorize the credit.
My husband and I just rented a property with RPM. Our experience so far is awful. When my husband and I moved into the property there were numerous issues that should have been dealt with prior to move in. On moving in the dryer did not work, two light fixtures did not turn on, we had no cold water in the master bedroom, we had a leak under the sink, the garage door opener did not work, the mail key did not work (not to mention they could not even tell us where our mailbox was located), and numerous other issues. We placed our maintenance requests on the saturday we moved in and did not hear back from the company til close of business day on Monday. After they fixed the dryer, it died again a week after we moved in. Again I placed a maintenance request on Saturday and had to call the company at close of business day on Monday only to be told that they would get back with me the following day. I called at ten the next day to see when we could have maintance come look at our dryer and I was rudely told by the person I spoke to that he had stated yesterday that he would call me later in the day with an appointment. While there are some pleasant people in the company I have spoken to several individuals that appear annoyed and even downright rude when we call with questions or concerns. I am deeply disappointed with this experience so far and will not be recommending this company to anyone.
I first contacted RPM and several management companies over the summer but decided to try to rent my house out myself - that was a mess and I ended up having to evict the tenants this past winter and then do a major clean up. As soon as the eviction was done I called RPM and it has been awesome! Lisa came and met with me for about 2 hours and really helped me decide what repairs to do so that I wasn't wasting money on things that weren't needed. She also really educated me on what to look for in rental applicants. [redacted] came out and took all of the marketing pictures and my home rented in 3 days to really qualified tenants (they are renting from a property management company now and have always paid on time...more than I can say for the people I put it my house). I definitely recommend RPM!
Switched over my rental properties to RPM West Valley four months ago. My rental houses are in Peoria, Avondale, Surprise and Buckeye. I first read on their website about the rental market and rental market projections in Peoria and the analysis was detailed. They know the rental market here and my houses were presented well on their site and other sites with really good pictures and explanations. When I was managing them by myself, it took my on average three weeks to rent a house. RPM has rented my properties on average in two weeks. A couple of times it was less than one week. Everything they do is extensively detailed. Highly recommend as an owner!
Just rented a house through this rental company. There are many problems with the house, the least of which involves the house not even being cleaned before we moved in, the microwave not working, the shower leaking, etc The main problem is that the house as NO HOT WATER. They finally sent out a plumber, but he said that the vent is installed wrong and he cant even try to light the pilot because then carbon monoxide would come INTO the house rather than out through the vent. This Company absolutely refuses to get this fixed in a timely manner. I leave messages with no return calls and the receptionist is an absolute horror. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to represent you or to rent from. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE.
To whom it may concern: There was recently a dispute regarding the previous tenant responsibilities versus owner responsibilities, and normal wear and tear in terms of repairs needed while a property is tenant occupied. After some back and forth on March 18 and 19th 2015 on our online system Mr....
[redacted] was not happy with Real Property Managements determination. On Friday March 20, 2015 Mr. [redacted] and I spoke directly over the phone on where we both established our concerns and came to a mutual understanding of the situation and how it can be addressed. The issue was resolved then. Sincerely, [redacted]
RPM just rented one of my house in three days. I cant say enough about them. We have used them for 7 years and they do a great job.
Positive??? Where do I start.? Real property management on 83rd Ave and thunderbird has been nothing short of unprofessional. You can't reach a human being unless it is the sweet young girl answering the phone. I have yet to hear from a breathing human. I have left uncountable messages. As long as I keep my cool know one will respond. But if I get all kinds of defensive and demand to talk to someone then the phonerings off the hook. This company owes me money and is just dragging there feet. Positive? .. I wouldn't rent a dog house from these people. Rotten people to deal with. !!! Ifor I owned a house that I wanted rented those are the type of pitbulls that I want in charge. PLEASE EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WEST VALLEY. It will be the worst thing that you can do. Good luck
Mr. [redacted], As stated in the listing the application fee is non-refundable you real estate agent should have disclosed that to you prior to taking your application and submitting it on your behalf. We are sorry to hear that you are upset because you do not meet our thorough tenant screening...
process. RPM West Valley thoroughly reviews all applicants credit including criminal background checks, previous evictions, housing history, employment including offer letters and income and does apply the same qualifying criteria to all applicants. A this time your application has been turned down for unable to verify income and employment and no refund will be issued as the application fee is non-refundable.
I have a couple of properties with RPM West Valley since 2009 and have been very happy with their services. I recently had a tenant leave one of my houses and in less than 30 days they had repairs done and a new tenant in.
A brief background. We have rented from this company for almost three years. We've never paid late, usually a few weeks early. We received notice on Thanksgiving morning advising we must be out of the house by 12/31. My wife and I have made several attempts to speak with them regarding options and their possible assistance with finding another home on such short notice. Real Property Management never responded. So, my wife went to their office. The receptionist was extremely rude and condescending. She asked if she could speak with someone, of which the receptionist said she didn't have an appointment. My wife said we have made multiple attempts but, no one would respond...hence why she came to their office. Finally, a woman came out (didn't invite my wife to an office), her arms folded and her countenance was one of disgust. At this point, my wife was disheartened and realized they did not care, whatsoever, that they were kicking out a family of 5 on Christmas. All we were looking for was compassion and assistance with the process. My wife and three kids now have to struggle to find another home, come up with the finances. All while dealing with a heartless (based on the two women in their office) extremely rude, uncaring and unprofessional. My kids will will not have a Christmas thanks to this company. Had Real Property Management even attempted to assist us, it would have lightened the burden. Instead, we are left to fend for ourselves. No morals, No ethics and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! If you are an owner or a renter, DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY! I repeat, DO NOT USE REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR ANY SERVICES!
I have been w/RPM WV [redacted] for a little over a year now and was just notified that my tenants lease is coming due and was given some suggestions on renewal ideas. Needless to say I am extremely happy to be contacted prior to the lease end date with options – my last property manager not only didn’t contact me but I didn’t know for almost a month that the tenant had bailed! The differences in the services are amazing….I am very glad I made the change
Real Property Management is a really poor at understanding their customers. I have been renting my home for almost two years. I was only four days late on a payment and not because of funds, because of time to drive all the way to their office to drop off the money order. Write away they call you to ask you for the rent. But when it comes to fixing issues in the house, takes forever. I am a person who takes care of other people things especially their home I am renting. If it wasn't for me, this house would of have three different water damages on the home. Because RPM takes forever to solve an issue. I called the owner my self and told them of issue and it was fixed right away. They think that they were the ones that got the issue resolved right away but it was not. With all that said. I cant believe that they will charge me almost $100 more because of three days late. When I actually saved them more on the long run. That will be the last time I go above and beyond for them.
It is unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] does not agree with the finds of the move-out inspection. As he did state in the complaint a move-in inspection was completed prior to him taking possession and a move-out was completed when they vacated. RPM acts as an agent for the owner who ultimately decided...
how the deposit is dispensed. We forwarded both the move-in and move-out inspection to the owner and they decided on the charges. Mr. [redacted] will need to contact the owner directly regarding his security deposit.
We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the property owner information that was supplied to you. Unfortunately RPM has no ownership in the property you rented and therefore can't make financial decisions.
RPM does a great job of keeping us informed of what is going on at our property. We have been with them for 5 years and we really like the online portal system. Their follow up is the best and they helped get my tenants to renew yet again. Three years in a row now.
I have been with RPM for almost 2 years now. I live on the East coast so I need someone who will look at for me and Lisa and her staff definately do that. When I started with them my tenant owed a bunch of money because the manager I had before let my tenant pay whenever and whatever they wanted. Within I think four or five months RPM got all of the back money from my tenant and got them paying on time.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
That is the problem. I did not rent from the property owner. I rented from RPM. All dealings have been with RPM. The owner does not even know who I am except for what is on paper. You guys did the walkthrough and submitted documents to the owner. You guys are in the wrong not her. She is an innocent bystandard just like me. Of course she held money from my security deposit because you guys told her I was at fault for things that happened prior to my renting. And I have pictures to prove that. RPM has to take ownership for their mid dealings and not shirk them to the owner.
