Honestly this is the worst slum lord company I have encountered as a renter. Not only have they not fixed any of the maintenance requests that I have put in over a year ago (including a lack of fire alarm), but when my apartment flooded I was told to deal with it and wait until the morning. During this time I had almost an inch of water in my apartment, and "dealt with it". The person that fixed my plumbing issue didn't even work for RPM, as their guy never even showed up. Since the flood my "manager" never even checked in with me to see if everything was ok. My apartment has been put into foreclosure, and they have responded the same way they have with my maintenance requests. Not giving a [redacted] and collecting my money. They aren't worried, because like everything else they don't give a [redacted] about renters. You sign a lease, and even if you hold up your end of the deal, they won't hold up theirs.
