After two years of a terrible experience with another RPM franchise formerly located in the southern CT area, I moved my account to the RPM Southern CT team after completing some due diligence and meeting with Paul and team. They are professional, competent, knowledgeable, proactive and basically everything I need/want in a property manager. I strongly recommend this team.
