We dealt with MrJonathan G*** directlyHe originally over priced the rental value for our condo in our market which delayed getting it rentedWeeks went by without any leads so we had to make marketing suggestions, including lowering the rent to match the market MrG*** finally got an applicant and took our property out of listing, through the approval process, the applicant could not come up with the initial funding and we lost more week of rent in this delay, we had to instruct MrG*** not to take the listing down until the tenants were approved and had paid all costs After months without a tenant, but assurances of a tenant within the initial weeks, MrG*** behaved as if he was a paid advocate of the tenant and not us He insisted that we provide goods and services at the whim of the tenant outside of our contractual obligations Utility costs, for which the tenant was responsible, were perpetually late with MrG*** making excuses for the tenant, to the point of being months behind in collection We had self managed this property for years and wanted a professional to take over, it ended up that RPM South Orlando and MrG*** specifically, needed to be manged from the time we hired them until the contract was over, it was a very long year to be attached to themI would advise property owners to avoid this company and MrG***
